Been doing allot of strenght still and I haven't lost too much strenght but I'm I'm working on it, I'm especially happy with rack pulls got up too 290 with D and I'm pretty excited because I think my dead lift will go up to 280 in the next month or 2...as for yesterday I did the sub with dymphna and I think we both haven't done any crazy metcoms since oct or nov how oathetic we were...I was really scared from the sub because it was

I think if I would have ran my time would have been slow cause I'm not a fast runner but I'm fast with lifting and the rowing was the worst part about cause I haven't been doing cardio and first time going hard on my shoulder

I gotta say I felt good we took our time but my shoulder is not doing so good, so gonna have to still take it easy on it and keep working around it I'm defenitly glad I haven't lost my pull up ability after laying off it..I was really temted to use the push press for the shoulder pressportion it just would have helped but I stcuk to it.
For those who have had some of the magical PB cookies that were made here's the recipe
1 cup pb ( itried with natural and jif they are both great)
1cup and 1/3 cup splenda

1tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
Mix well with spoon scoop out about a tbsp and half roll in ball place on sheet the dip fork insplenda and press on cookiem bake 14 min exactly
They take really long too cool so be patient or it will fall apart. It melts in your mouth and its guilt free.
