i did 60-40-20

cant do double unders so doubled it ALL
i didt do knees to elbows cause shoulder has been painful lately. so did regular squats

Sunday

had a2.5 mile walk and you dont wanna know the pace but it was hilly and pushing the kiddos, felt so good just gotta get myself out there more and remind myself how good it feels! Let's see what Crossfit mom has this week!

used 14lbs cause nothing else was available, and after hat thought it would be a great idea to walk in scorching heat, i feel so horrible i couldn't even finish the walk, i probably didn't eat enough and started to get real dizzy.

OK let's try this again!

SO encourage by Michelle everyday to do the Mom WOD's, she also reminded me how important it is too blog because as soon as I stop I stop paying attention to my diet.

I have been doing the Crossfit mom WOD's with some walking.

45lbs is not too bad but at this point im just having a hard time breathing already!
