Havent updated in a week!

Last week I only had 2 mom WOD's and they were not full effort in this heat, i have been walking almost every morning trying to go at least 3 miles but some days i have been only able to do 2, gonna try to keep this somewhat updated but ive had so much going on lately that if i have a chance to sit down i just wanna sleep!

This morning only 2 miles and at a horribe pace of 17min/mile lol

walked this morning almost 3 miles i was a little off on my tracking but love my new Nike wrist band mini gps, i know it wll be motivating when im getting back in shape.

dips(didnt do these ) been in lots of pain in my shoulder so just completly avoiding it right now just doing exercise to help it
