HELLO 188LBS

OK tome the numbers dont really matter but its just fun to look back at. Im feeling overtrained, cardio bodypump, core classes and some Wods in the garage, phewwwww i do feel sore, i can tell im regaining muscle cause i feel rock solid but BIG lol, I can believe how strong ive gotten recently just noticing my balace and strenght have increased and i havent enjoyed or look forwardto my workouts cause they hurt, im starting to add allot more CF cause its just what makes sense to me. But anyways i dont indulge the past 2 days with controlled portions of key lime pie for jesses birthday and another hug piece yesterday and a piece of cupcake lots of sugar i sure can tell the difference it has on me the next day i loose so much energy.

Ive been thinking about working with a trainer soon since im more eager to train my body and feed i the right foods to per form better i just need that guidace, i have the knowledge just not the organization right now so im april im gonna work woth a trainer and im excited to see how it goes, ive got goals that are a few years old and id like to get back on that wagon.

Forgot to weigh in on Saturday so I weighed myself monday morning and was surprised cause Ive been clean eating and attacked the bag of valentines candy for the girls Sunday night and some peanut butter cups ( this was planned) i felt horrible after but it always reminds me to clean it up again.

SO presently at 189lbs

Adding more and more crossfit ! I miss it and i miss the company that company that comes with it, thankfully Michelle and Claire have joined me a few times!

Finally

Well im at 190.5lbs FINALLY obviously its not the 140lbs I wanna be but hey ill take it, its defgonna be a slow process but i just cant help and be frustrated ya know!

Well weight has been at 192 for the past 2 weeks straight and this week will be going on week 3 of it if that number dont budge but i feel good, except last night we all ate a little too much and since trying to keep it as clean as possible I woke up this morning sluggish and swollen another motivator to completly convert to Paleo, my concerns now are macronutrients and all that good stuff so im reading the parts that i skiped in the Paleo books to better inform myself.

Working out as hard as I can and again torturing myself draggin the kids out the door just helps me realize that crossfit in my garage and endurance is whats best for me, but i need the motivation right now so ill fit in both, i wont lie the core fusion class are great and body pump too, but i know i can puh harder than that.

Hopefully i keep it clean today!!
