I haven't posted in the past couple weeks cause m trying to catch up with life in general, why is it so hard AGH but just like Sara Fragaso from Everyday Paleo said in her blog that everything is hard, laundry, putting the kids to bed and all that. I real feel like I'm staring into nowhere sometimes thinking "is this my life" but I'm accepting what God has for me right now just hard to swallow sometimes ya know!
So last Saturday my weigh in was 192lbs ( just wanna get into the 180's) ILL TAKE IT!!
I wont deny that the classes at the Y like body pump are great except they dont want you to go to heavy i noticed a few comments the instructor makes and i understand but i know my own limits and yesterdays class felt like a WOD ( the intensity of it) but with allot of breaks so I'm actually sore today!
I miss crossfit and the strenght part of it, i miss the drive of it so now that I'm set up in the garage i can get started, its freezing in our garage so i need to get a heater and then i can take the kiddos out there.
