300m Run, 5 Ring Dips, 1 Rope Climb or 50m Tire Pull
200m Run, 10 Hollow Rocks, 1 Rope Climb or 50m Tire Pull
100m Run, 5 Candle Sticks, 1 Rope Climb or 50m Tire Pull
