OK let's try this again!

SO encourage by Michelle everyday to do the Mom WOD's, she also reminded me how important it is too blog because as soon as I stop I stop paying attention to my diet.

I have been doing the Crossfit mom WOD's with some walking.

45lbs is not too bad but at this point im just having a hard time breathing already!

thursday, friday and saturday

thursday i forgot to write my numbers down so im not gonna try and guess it but i did get up there in DL ( feeling really strong on this)

Friday night i jumped in on Dymphna's cffb wod so nothing consistant but was really tired the past 2 days got up to 135x3 in bs)

also rowed 11x 100 m sprints, these are getting harder for me

(i know some of you thinking its crazy to do this while prego but i still feel strong and it didnt feel wrong, i figured i add some liftingcause i know near the end of this pregnnacy i wont be able to lift as heavy.

I enjoy the mom workouts but i need more lifting right now while i can still handle it. and i hate cardio more than ever right now since im heavier its harder on me.

Did 4x200m row sprints rested 2x the amount it took me, was FUN!

was gonna walk with the ladies today but didnt think i could handle it with the kids for that long!


i find some mom workouts just like regular WODs and sometimes ill do more than the weight required but im feeling really strong!

as for cardio still not a fan
