thursday i forgot to write my numbers down so im not gonna try and guess it but i did get up there in DL ( feeling really strong on this)
Friday night i jumped in on Dymphna's cffb wod so nothing consistant but was really tired the past 2 days got up to 135x3 in bs)
also rowed 11x 100 m sprints, these are getting harder for me
