baby WOD modified run for row

500 m row
20 kb swings ( 10 in each hand)
12 pull ups ( stil

l having to use 3 bands but feeling strong in the upper body

was gonna walk with the ladies today but didnt think i could handle it with the kids for that long!


i find some mom workouts just like regular WODs and sometimes ill do more than the weight required but im feeling really strong!

as for cardio still not a fan
