(i know some of you thinking its crazy to do this while prego but i still feel strong and it didnt feel wrong, i figured i add some liftingcause i know near the end of this pregnnacy i wont be able to lift as heavy.

I enjoy the mom workouts but i need more lifting right now while i can still handle it. and i hate cardio more than ever right now since im heavier its harder on me.

Did 4x200m row sprints rested 2x the amount it took me, was FUN!
