will try to max out another time since i was alone didnt wanna take the chance of having the bar drop on me like before and i had to roll 115 off my myself from chest down.

warmed up quite a bit before with rowing and squats and OHS and strtching, shoulder is slowly getting better but my strenght has defenitly decreased in SP but nt gonna max out for awhile on that.
Did a few kips, that went well considering i havent done them for awhile since my shoulder pain hurt but cant do as many as before.
