Monday

No Crossfit I did a 50min spinning class, tough ver tough, but defenitly improved with all the short burst stuff ive been doing i was able to keep up no problem and up the intensity compared to when i did a class a few months ago, just wanted to test myself, then took my girls swimming.

Did you do spinning on base? I always wondered about those classes, I mean pre-preggos I wondered. You'll have to tell me about it sometime.

Megan I used to find the classes really hard but after doing crossfit for a long time it a breeze and a killer workout, CF has defenitly built up my performance that I just up the intensity to make it harder instead of just trying to get threw the class, I just like to shock sndcsurpriae my body with a little change sometimes, I heard the classes at Estep on post are reAlly good for spinning. Maybe after you have the baby you cone with me.
