Yesterday started with SP got to 80 and really didn't think I'd get pass 65 with my shoulders being so messed up and as much as it hurt I'm happy to say I don't have too worry about trying to work back up to my old numbers didn't get too finish.
Today I worked on bench and did
50,60,70,80,90. 5x5
These were done with dumbells so was harder to work on balance
95x1 100x1 105x1
This was hard because my shoulder are in serious pain but almost up too 115 I think that's my old of gotta go look
Work on my therapy shoulder routine
Did some lower back work also
