ahhhhhhh I LOVE LIFTING HEAVY, why i have drifted away from it i dont know I dont care if my shoulder hurts at least I can still DL, but since my nasty little bruise on my shin i did some Rack Pulls and It was long but got to 325 and felt great, the best part of it is that I felt huge, i may not look jacked but i felt it today ( and it went away after a few minutes ).
