1x195 -not sure D was watching but i went lower on this one but its really hard to tell cause in the pictures D took it looks like i went low enough btu i feel like i could have gone lower but i think so far it counts with the evidence, i defenitly could not have done this alone cause i will defenitly cheat.....lol

wasnbt trying to max out on this one just trying to get some reps in to streghten that area but my max is 100lbs i think soon ill be able to get 105 or maybe even 110, lately adding more sets and reps with still heavy weight i think has made me alot stronger.
After my vacation back home im hoping to join D for some strenght workouts.
