WOD done as RX'd

WOD:For time 30, 25, 20, 15, 10, and 5 rep rounds of:Virtual shovelingPush-upsWith an Olympic bar holding only one plate (men use 45 pound plate, women use 25 pound plate), touch the plate on one side of the barrier then the other for one "rep." Barrier is 24.

holy crap, superwoman! while michelle and i were doing this workout today we both said you were going to kickbutt on it. just didn't know you'd kick that much butt! :) how's the hand?

Wow, that is a super impressive time. You beat my husband even. Can't even fathom the strength you have in those muscles. And you down-play your cardio ability, but there was a lot in that workout and you SMOKED it. Nice.

Thanks everyone but seriously you would laugh at my running Kristin, i cant seem to get good at it. The only reason i did good is cause i loved that WOD and it was all how you aproached it i guess, i kinda like when theres so many people watching cause you feel more pressure.
