45lbs. 55lbs. 60lbs. 65lbs. 75lbs.

think i could have started at 55lbs and ended with 85lbs, with some good warming up

Yeah Nat I think all of you could have gone higher we just really didn't know how to gage this once since we are so use to 3 and 5 reps. I'm curious to try it when my wrist isn't bothering me. If you want we can redo it after the rest day.
