135lbs Deadlifts
135lbs hang clean
135lbs Front Squat
135lbs Push jerk

My time: 29:35 ( to many breaks)

I did 135lbs for Deadlifts
62lbs for the rest ( wasnt sure what to expect for this one so next time maybe 70lbs)

Was not too easy, my forearms were smoked and grip was getting harder and harder but overall another favorite, love the muscle failure ones.
