Today was easy going for me, did some rowing and a few Pull ups,
wad planning to workout in the afternoon but was too tired.
But Brookie had a little fun with the rings she was able to hold her weight for a
few seconds. Well till tomorrow....i am seeing great progress with Crossfit actually amazing strenght and gaining lot of muscle but I'm so cinfused with my nutrition right now.

There is no confusing stop eating cereal at night!!!! Have some pepperoni, cheese, almonds etc anything. And also you need to count your carbs you could still get something to hold you over with the 30 grams couple slices of bread etc. We need to work on that with you. Or just need to find a different plan for you to follow.
