Vacation

Well we are probably going on vacation soon and i hate to get out of my little bubble so that means I will be doing alot of alternate WOD.....But when I get back im gonna take all measurements of myself and post it either weekly or monthly and post pictures for you all to see my progress, may not be the prettiest pictures but that's not why im posting them.

400m run
40 Squats
40 Push ups
40 Jumping Jacks
40 Lunges (each leg)
400m run

Next is:

For time

800m run
50 Push Ups
100 Squats
150 Sit Ups
800m run

Next is:

5 rds for time

800m Run
50 Squats

Next is:

21-15-9
Burpees
Squats
Push Ups

Next is:

Spartan Abs

1-2-or 3 Rounds for time (whatever you feel like you can do... its a hard ab workout)

30 Knee Raises
30 Leg Raises
30 Rocky Sit Ups
30 Crunches
30 Flutter kicks (4 count)
30 Scissor Kicks (4 count)
30 Toe Touches
30 Russian Twist
30 sec side plank (both sides)
30 Crunches
