THIS ALOS BEAT ME DOWN, I DROPPED THE KB WEIGHT TO 18LBS EACH WHICH WAS LIGHT BUT MY SHOULDERS COULDNT BEAR THAT WEIGHT, GOT 7 ROUNDS PLS 9 REPS
